The tie-die bandana isn't doing it for me, though. Would be better as a solid color. The sack of MP3 booty also looks too clean, would be fun to see it dirtier and with a rougher texture.
The eye-patch needs a clearer shape. Is one of his eyes really huge, or is that supposed to be a big black heart?
These small issues distract from what is otherwise a great image.
